Ocean Green Hydrogen is led by CEO Jay Beyrouti. Prior to joining Ocean Green Hydrogen as a founder, Mr. Beyrouti had extensive experience in both government and business executive leadership.

An experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the public policy industry, Mr. Beyrouti is skilled in land development, governmental relationships and asset management. He is currently a Board Member at Space Florida and at Enterprise Florida. His previous governmental experience includes 12 years as mayor of a Florida town, and County Commissioner in Pinellas County, Florida. He is known as a consensus builder, an exceptional communicator, and a visionary with a proven track record of project management from conception to completion.

Mr. Banoub is an accomplished and seasoned executive with global experience in building and leading management, construction and operations. He has an extensive track record of success, including many years of significant international assignments, M&A/JV/Division leadership, and P & L responsibility. Adept at building high performing teams and achieving business objectives, his track record includes successfully growing revenues, improving operating efficiency, driving profitability improvement, and executing large scale capital projects in different countries. Experienced in corporate development from both the private and public sectors, with a special focus in Oil & Gas project development, including trade, transportation and storage.
